About Us
Founded in June 2008, Softberries develops software to companies around the world. Our first customer was New Zealand's company called Waldindustries Inc specializing in internet based learning, providing its services mainly in United Kingdom. We are mainly driven by passion, therefore you can be assured that your product will be developed to the highest standards in the industry, with newest, but old enough to be reliable, technologies in place.
Toolbox
We build software on a variety of platforms ranging from Android Mobile Platform to Cloud based deployments using Linux/Unix, Windows, Amazon AWS and Google App Engine.
We develop our software in a range of high level languages like Java, C#, Ruby and Python.
Timeline
Those are the main points in time of our activity on the market up to today:
- June 2008 - Softberries boots up
- August 2008 - 5 people woring on new elearning platform for WaldIndustries and Ebl UK.
- December 2008 - expanding our services to Amazon AWS and Google App Engine
- January 2009 - launching our ecommerce platform
- June 2009 - expanding our web desing department
